To receive services from Langley, individuals must:
Have a current diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability
Be over the age of 21
Have a Medicaid Waiver, funding through the Fairfax-Falls Church CSB, or private funding sources
Our Partnership with the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board and Medicaid Waiver
As a care provider for adults with developmental disabilities, Langley has a longstanding strategic partnership with the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board as an assisted community residential services vendor. The Community Services Board provides the individuals in our programs with support coordination whether they have funding through Fairfax County or Medicaid Waiver. To receive support services through Langley, individuals should contact the Community Services Board for intake and assistance, or call Langley’s Director of Residential Services or the Executive Director at 703-893-0068.

Private Pay Direct Support
Langley offers private pay services for those individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid Waiver or Fairfax–Falls Church CSB funding.
